The YBA is a sponsorship program allowing opportunity (formally known as at-risk) youth, in Mercer County, with the opportunity to enroll in and attend local programs, activities, and events which may otherwise be out of their reach. The Mercer County Prevention Coalition has developed the YBA, in conjunction with MAV Youth Mentoring, a non-profit, 501(c)(3). All youth selected to participate in the YBA will be referred by local agencies/personnel who can verify that the youth would not otherwise be able to engage in activities.
